MEET THE FOUNDER

Meet Karthik Bengre, the artist behind Sculp Tattoo Studio, known for his decade-long dedication to professional tattooing and rich artistic skills in Bangalore, India. Specializing in bold blackwork and inspired by traditional Indian art forms, Karthik adds a naturalistic twist to his exceptional creations.
He also travels across many parts of India and abroad in an attempt to understand the cultures, art forms, folk life and tattoo techniques, thus expanding his knowledge and skills in the field of art and incorporating new ideas and patterns in his designs.

A true people’s person, he fosters growth and shares his passion for art generously. Beyond tattooing, Karthik explores his creativity through various mediums, from clay to paints, and captures as part of archiving Indian life through photography, evoking nostalgia and warmth.
